- Paid points with no usage at all can be withdrawn (refunded) within 7 days of purchase; once any of the granted points are used, refunds are restricted.
- Card refunds are processed as a sales cancellation on the card used and completed within 5 business days.
- Charged points are valid for 1 year from the charge date; points lost to expiry are not refundable.
- Additional fees or currency conversion fees may apply depending on your local currency and payment method.
- Due to the nature of AI models, generated results may differ from expectations, which is not grounds for a refund.
- The company is not liable for issues arising from the use of generated content.
- If your use is restricted or suspended for violating the terms or the law, remaining points are not refundable.
- If the company must discontinue the service, remaining paid points will be refunded by canceling the original card transaction after notice.
- Service may be temporarily suspended during regular and ad-hoc maintenance.
- Payments made by a minor without a legal guardian's consent may be canceled.
