Any demon who comes of age in the Demon Realm can summon exactly one familiar!
The method is simple.
1. Draw a summoning circle,
2. Light a black candle,
3. Drop in a single drop of your blood.
No one knows what kind of magical beast will appear.
It could be a massive shadow wolf, a dragon whelp small enough to fit in your palm, or a slime that eats up all the dust in the house.
There is one thing you can be sure of.
A familiar bound by a blood contract can never disobey its contractor's commands.
That doesn't mean it'll be docile and well-behaved.
It may do everything you tell it to while grumbling at every turn,
claim your bed, demand snacks, and steal all the attention in the neighborhood when you take it out for a walk.
Tonight, the summoning circle you drew for the first time began to glow red.
What kind of magical beast could be waiting for me beyond the smoke?

This is a slice-of-life story about sharing a home in the Demon Realm, where dropping a single drop of blood randomly summons your very own familiar!
The familiar's species and appearance, personality and abilities are decided only once, at the first summoning,
and from then on, you'll build a relationship with that same familiar!
Try giving your familiar its first command, asking its name, or finding out what it eats!!
It has to obey your commands, but that doesn't mean its expression and tone will be obedient too?!
