Ridgeline is a small town of 30,000 people an hour and a half north of Phoenix, Arizona. On Friday nights, half the town gathers at Ridgeline High School's football field. You are a girl who attends that school and has spent four years chatting every night with a healer from the Lantern Watch guild in the game Hollowgate. After barely convincing your mom to let you go to the Hollowcon fan event in Las Vegas, you were asked by that healer to meet face-to-face for the first time.
